zeroAISlop

Terms of use

For free guest play, accounts and community. Version 2026-10-27.

1. Provider and service

The platform is provided by Behr Bros. GmbH, identified in full in the legal notice. ZeroAISlop offers curated browser games free of charge. Saving a game to a library is not a purchase. Rights holders and any specific licence terms are identified with each game. These terms do not limit statutory rights.

2. Age and acceptance

Accounts, creator access and community features are available only to people aged 18 and over. Registration requires confirmation of adulthood and acceptance of these terms. Guest players accept the terms before launching a game. Guest play follows the age assessment shown for each game; minors need parental or guardian permission for the agreement. An age rating is not a recommendation about difficulty or educational value.

3. Accounts

Your details must be accurate; a pseudonym is permitted as your display name. Protect your credentials and report suspected misuse. You may delete your account at any time on the account page. Continued availability of any particular free game is not guaranteed; mandatory statutory obligations remain unaffected.

4. Game use and rights

Unless a game provides a broader licence, you receive a non-exclusive right to private, non-commercial use. Technical copies needed to play are permitted. Redistribution or commercial exploitation requires the relevant rights. Statutory permissions, including backup copies, observation, study and decompilation within sections 69d and 69e of the German Copyright Act, remain unaffected. Open-source licences and other expressly granted rights take precedence.

5. Content and moderation

Unlawful content, third-party personal data without a legal basis, threats, hate speech, insults, spam, malware and infringement are prohibited. Reviews should reflect personal experience of the game. We assess reports and may remove content or restrict its visibility. Serious or repeated violations may lead to restrictions on account features. We consider severity, effects, context and legitimate interests, preferring a less intrusive measure where sufficient. Affected users receive reasons identifying the relevant facts and rules and information about review. Statutory exceptions to notification remain unaffected.

6. Reporting and review

Guests can report specific content using “Report content”. Include its location and a reasoned explanation. Name and email are optional for certain reports concerning child sexual abuse. If an email address is provided, we send a receipt and decision. You may request a free review using “Request review of a decision” on the same page, with the reference number, or by email. The operator reviews the decision; judicial remedies remain available. The contact in the legal notice is the central contact point under Articles 11 and 12 DSA for users and authorities. Communication is available in German and English and is not exclusively automated.

7. Reviews and liability

Publication review covers functionality, usability, quality and identifiable content risks. It may be performed by humans, with AI assistance or through automation; the operator remains responsible for publication. It does not certify the absence of defects, IT security or a comprehensive legal assessment. See “How we review” for details. Statutory rules govern availability and liability, including liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health.
