Creator terms
Submit, review and publish. Version 2026-10-27.
1. Eligibility and information
Creators must be at least 18 and authorised to grant the stated rights. Anyone acting for a company must have authority to represent it. The platform is operated by Behr Bros. GmbH. Submission does not create an entitlement to publication or payment. Payments or sales require a separate agreement. The general terms of use also apply.
2. Rights and evidence
You must hold the necessary rights to code, names, brands, text, images, music, voices and other components. For third-party components, identify the source, rights holder, licence and required notices. For AI-generated components, document the tool and applicable terms; AI generation alone does not establish freedom from third-party rights. Do not submit unnecessary personal data or secret credentials as evidence. Licence notices and source-code obligations, including open-source obligations, must be fulfilled and preserved.
3. Licence for operation and play
To the extent the relevant rights exist, for the duration of publication you grant us, without charge, a non-exclusive worldwide licence to store, reproduce for hosting and delivery, make publicly available and provide the submitted content for browser play or as a download where expressly submitted as such. You authorise the grant to end users of non-exclusive rights necessary for private play under the licence stated with the game. Technical changes such as compression, format conversion and thumbnails are permitted provided they do not distort the content. Hosting and delivery providers may receive the rights necessary for those tasks. Your remaining rights stay with you.
4. Presentation and promotion of your game
The licence includes catalogue presentation and game-related announcements on our own websites and social-media channels. We may use submitted names, logos, images and trailers, screenshots and short gameplay excerpts, crop or caption them and add factual information. We may grant social-media services only the rights necessary to provide these posts. This does not include promoting unrelated products, independently selling your media or training AI models. Tell us about special attribution or licence requirements when submitting.
5. Content, age and data
Each game requires a proposed age rating, understandable reasons and information about violence, fear, language, sexual content, gambling-like mechanisms, purchases, advertising, contact features and data collection. We currently publish only reviewed games assessed as all ages or 6+. Higher proposals remain unpublished until an appropriate protection framework exists. Malware, hidden charges, unauthorised telemetry and unlawful content are prohibited. Disclose additional services, network access, device storage and their purposes before submission. Required privacy information and consent must not be bypassed.
6. Review, updates and ending publication
We review submissions for functionality and quality; humans, AI and automated tests may be involved. Publication is documented against the reviewed build. New builds and material content changes require another review. You remain responsible for your information and rights. Report security issues and rights conflicts promptly. We may require justified changes, reject submissions or restrict content. You receive reasons and may request review using the reporting page or the contact in the legal notice.
7. Removal and licence expiry
You may end further publication at any time through the contact in the legal notice. We remove the game and promotional posts under our control without undue delay and grant no new licences. End-user rights already lawfully granted remain valid. Active use of technical backups stops immediately; erasure follows the backup cycle. Retention strictly required by law or to defend specific legal claims remains possible, but does not permit renewed public use.
