Status under the BFSG
Germany’s Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) covers certain products and services. We are a microenterprise with fewer than ten employees and annual turnover or an annual balance sheet total not exceeding two million euros. Our services therefore fall within the exemption in section 3(3), read with section 2(17), BFSG. The following describes our voluntary efforts and is not a declaration of full conformity.
Our approach
We aim to follow WCAG 2.2 at level AA, including keyboard operation, visible focus states, sufficient contrast, understandable forms, alternative text, and responsive layouts.
Known limitations
Individual games and media are provided by creators and may contain their own interaction or presentation barriers. In particular, graphical game canvases may be inaccessible to screen readers, and not every game fully supports keyboard control. A complete WCAG assessment of all games is not available. We use reports to guide improvements.
