CapsuleTwist is a classic falling-piece puzzle game: colorful pills drop into an 8×16 bottle filled with viruses of matching colors. The player moves and rotates the pills as they fall – when four or more same-colored blocks line up horizontally or vertically, they are removed with a clear animation. Freed blocks slide down with gravity animation and can trigger chain reactions. With swipe controls for mobile and arrow keys for desktop, level selection (1–20), soft drop (hold down arrow for faster fall), hard drop (Shift+down arrow or 2-finger swipe), chain reactions, and speed indicator, the game offers quick puzzle sessions without download or account.
